Here is the sketch
and this is my card
The image is from Lavinia Stamps and the sentiment from Hero Arts (the sentiment is meant to be on a curve but I'm afraid it just looks squint). I added Stickles to the stamped image and made the embellishments from sequins and punched paper. What do you think?
